We're expanding our Talent Acquisition team and seeking a dynamic Recruiter who excels at connecting with early-career talent and thrives in a high-volume, relationship-driven environment.

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for Brightway’s Engagement Center and College Development Program teams. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and early-career positions, coordinate campus engagement efforts, attend career fairs, and build strong pipelines of future talent.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting, university partnerships, and shaping the early careers of emerging professionals.
Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career services offices, professors, and student organizations.
· Attend on-campus and virtual career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and classroom presentations.
· Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies that elevate Brightway’s brand among college students and recent graduates.
· Manage new-grad hiring processes, including offer coordination and program onboarding.
· Screen, interview, and recommend top candidates while delivering a high-touch recruiter experience.
Talent Strategy & Process Excellence
· Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Handshake, campus platforms, job boards, referrals, and community partnerships.
· Track pipeline metrics, hiring data, and candidate flow, using insights to optimize recruiting strategies.
· Ensure consistent and inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
· Represent Brightway as a positive, energetic brand ambassador at all external events.
Qualifications
· 1+ years of recruiting experience required; experience with early-career, university, or high-volume recruiting strongly preferred.
· Proven success recruiting college students or recent grads.
· Experience attending career fairs, campus events, or internship recruiting initiatives.
· Strong relationship-building skills with students, hiring managers, and university partners.
· Ability to manage multiple requisitions and fast-moving pipelines simultaneously.
· Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
· Passion for developing future talent and helping early-career professionals launch their careers.
This position is onsite in Jacksonville, Florida
