Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the upcoming full semester at a K-12 school in Bridgeport, CT. This contract role starts as soon as possible and runs through the end of the school year. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services to support student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop intervention plans
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage caseloads and handle multiple priorities
