Paraprofessional Anoka, MN Pay: $20/hr

Blazer Jobs is hiring a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time position in Anoka, Minnesota, one of the states most respected school districts located just north of Minneapolis. The successful candidate will assist teachers and special education staff in supporting students across a range of learning and behavioral needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred).

• Must meet Minnesota Paraprofessional Credentialing Requirements 60+ college credits, associates degree, or passing score on the ParaPro Assessment.

• Background check and fingerprint clearance required.

• Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Support instructional activities under the direction of certified teachers.

• Assist in implementing accommodations and modifications from student IEPs.

• Provide behavioral and emotional support to promote engagement and inclusion.

• Help manage classroom organization and supervise students during non-instructional times.

• Foster a positive and supportive learning atmosphere for all students.
