Job Description

Job Description

At A Step Ahead, we believe preschool and Pre-K are where futures are shaped. It’s where curiosity is sparked, friendships form, literacy begins, and a child's confidence grows day by day. We are seeking a strong classroom leader and a reliable afternoon supervisor who will bring structure, joy, and professionalism to both our Preschool/Pre-K program and our end-of-day center operations.

If you are passionate about school readiness, thrive on purposeful teaching, and are excited to step into a leadership role each afternoon, this hybrid position offers the perfect blend: meaningful time guiding preschoolers toward kindergarten readiness, and the opportunity to support staff, families, and smooth operations during the afternoon transition and closing period.
