About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the overnight team, ensuring operational effectiveness and high standards of customer service.
- Monitor daily operations, including sales, inventory, and staff performance, to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the shift in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare reports for senior management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure environment for staff and customers.
- Provide training and support to team members to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
- Coordinate with other department managers to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
Qualifications:
