Duties
- Create and lead fun, age-appropriate activities
- Keep children safe, happy, and engaged
- Build positive relationships with kids and families
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Assist with meals, snacks, and routines
- Work as a team with co-teachers and management
Requirements
- Age 16+ (willing to train the right person)
- Must pass all background checks
- Enjoy working with children and as part of a team
- Reliable and dependable attendance
Nice To Haves
- Previous childcare or teaching experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Early Childhood coursework or training
- Creativity and a love for hands-on activities
- Strong communication skills
