Job Title: Material Maintenance Trainer
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $29/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Material Maintenance Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering entry-level material maintenance training and supporting curriculum development to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation skills, organizational ability, and a commitment to professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions using adult learning principles.
- Teach classes independently and assist other instructors.
- Utilize standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes.
- Contribute to annual training needs assessments.
- Track competencies and staff skills in a training database.
- Provide training reports to managers and directors.
- Adhere to the organization's Code of Conduct, Mission, and Values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required (equivalent work experience may substitute).
- At least 1 year of material maintenance experience.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven organizational and time management ability.
