Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Seeking a meticulous Fragrance R&D Analyst to join our client's team. This role is key in managing fragrance raw material qualification and maintaining precise documentation to bolster our client's fragrance development and production efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and collaborative skills, with a passion for the fragrance industry.
- Fragrance Documentation & Data Management: Manages fragrance coding and specifications. This involves collecting and verifying raw material documentation and providing weekly tracking reports to management.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement: Works with internal teams and external suppliers to gather information, build relationships, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Here’s what you’ll have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience; industry experience preferred.
