Join Our Preschool Dream Team Building Aid / Floater
Location: The Farmhouse Preschool
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shifts: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Are you a high-energy, big-hearted person who loves little giggles, finger paint, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes? We want YOU to be our next Building Aid / Floater the ultimate preschool superhero (cape optional, but encouraged)!
What Youll Do (AKA Why Youll Love It Here):
- Float from classroom to classroom to support our amazing teachers and kids where needed
- Help keep our learning spaces tidy, organized, and safe (think toy-tamer and snack-cleanup ninja)
- Assist during activities, crafts, storytime, and outdoor adventures
- Jump in wherever help is needed youre our go-to for keeping the good vibes flowing
- Build relationships with curious, silly, and sweet little humans
What Were Looking For:
- A flexible, can-do attitude
- Patience, positivity, and a love for working with young children
- Willingness to pitch in and help with cleaning, organizing, and setting up
- Reliability and teamwork were all in this together
- Previous experience in childcare is a bonus, but not required were happy to train the right person
