Assistant Teacher The Learning Experience | Full-Time
Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday

Role Responsibilities

As an Assistant Teacher, youll:

• Support Lead Teachers in implementing The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom environment.
• Foster childrens social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Communicate positively with families and co-teachers.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Step into various age groups (Infants, Toddlers, Preschool) as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and enthusiasm every day!
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
• 6+ months of experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
• Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements.
• Passion for helping children learn and grow in a positive environment.
