Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract position serves K-12 students at a secondary, self-contained level in Clinton Township, MI. The role focuses on delivering specialized instruction and support to students with significant cognitive, developmental, and/or behavioral disabilities within a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored educational programming and interventions to meet the unique needs of students with special education requirements.
• Collaborate with staff to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain classroom management and a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Special Education teaching license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
