Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to serve a K-12 school in Stamford, CT, for a full semester contract, starting as soon as possible through the end of the school year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and administration to support student learning and well-being
  • Developing and implementing intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Providing consultation and crisis intervention as needed
  • Maintaining confidential student records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines

Desired qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or license relevant to the state of Connecticut
  • Experience working with diverse student populations across K-12 grade levels
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, educational laws, and special education regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary school environment
  • Ability to manage a full caseload and work independently within a contract timeframe

Location: Stamford, CT (K-12 public school setting)
Contract Length: Full semester, ASAP through end of school year
