Who You Are
You're a natural leader with a warm presence and a talent for bringing order, energy, and excellence to everything you do. You're passionate about early childhood education, strong in organization and communication, and ready to lead a truly amazing team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage daily school operations
- Lead, mentor, and uplift your education team
- Ensure curriculum quality and meet or exceed licensing standards
- Build positive, lasting relationships with families
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documents
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for children and staff
- Plan staff development, training, and team-building events
What You Bring
- TX Director Credential
- Active CDA or AA/BA in Early Childhood Education
- 2–3 years of administrative experience in a licensed childcare center
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Clean Background Check
- Ability to work rotating shifts: Mon–Fri, 6am–6pm
- Must be 21+
