Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available in Cranston, Rhode Island, supporting elementary and middle school students. This contract role offers the opportunity to work 37.5 hours per week during the current school year.
Responsibilities include conducting standard psychological assessments, evaluations, and testing to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop effective intervention plans that promote student well-being and success.
Qualifications:
- Valid Rhode Island license as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in elementary and middle school settings
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting standard psychological tests and evaluations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators and families
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations
Location:
- Position is based in Cranston, RI with service extendable to Central Falls, RI area as needed.
