Are you passionate about empowering middle school students to unlock their full potential through the power of mathematics? Focused Staffing Group is seeking dedicated, enthusiastic educators to join our team for the 2025–26 school year as Middle School Math Teachers (Grades 5–8).

Position: Middle School Math Teacher (Grades 5–8) – 1099 Contractor
Rate: $50 – $55/hr
Location: Cleveland, OH
Position Type: Full-Time – Start ASAP

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate math lessons tailored to student needs.

Build a classroom culture centered on high expectations, respect, and college readiness.

Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to analyze student data and refine instruction.

Share best practices and continuously grow as part of a supportive teaching community.

Maintain strong communication with families through consistent updates and conferences.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree required.

2+ years of teaching experience preferred, particularly in urban school settings.

Valid Ohio teaching license, Substitute License, or active pursuit of licensure.

Deep passion for urban education and a strong alignment with our mission.

Solid expertise in your content area and grade level.
