Duration: 6+ Month Contract to Hire
Pay: $37 - $43/hour W2
Coversion Salary: $75k - $85k
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administration to lead the administration, security, and operational oversight of our enterprise learning platforms. This role will serve as the primary owner of our LMS environment and play a critical leadership role in an upcoming enterprise system implementation and platform consolidation initiative.
The ideal candidate brings strong LMS administration experience, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to manage both technical systems and operational functions. This position will work closely with Learning leadership, IT, and external partners to support integrations, data migration, and onboarding of new user populations as systems are consolidated.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Administration & Platform Ownership
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Learning Management System (currently Saba)
- Oversee system security, user roles, and permission profiles in a decentralized administration model
- Support hospital and department administrators in content creation, assignment, tracking, and reporting
- Maintain system configuration, workflows, and learning catalog structures
Enterprise Integration & Implementation
- Support the integration of the LMS with enterprise platforms, including Oracle
- Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare and execute data and content migrations
- Assist with onboarding and consolidation of users from additional regions into the enterprise learning platform
- Oversee integrations, automated feeds, and learning support software implementations
Learning Program & Analytics Support
- Provide system support for the Learning team’s programs and initiatives
- Lead and mentor an LMS Analyst and Senior Analyst
- Ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and operational efficiency across learning systems
Operations & Facilities Management
- Oversee departmental operations, including invoicing, supplies, and clerical support
- Manage building operations for a newly opened classroom and conference center
- Coordinate scheduling, classroom technology support, and vendor/office service relationships (cleaning, day porters, etc.)
- Act as liaison for facilities, IT, and administrative support functions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience with Saba preferred; experience with any enterprise LMS required
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring team members
- Experience supporting system integrations, migrations, or enterprise implementations
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting learning systems in healthcare or large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Oracle or other enterprise resource platforms
- Experience working in decentralized LMS administration models
