Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school district in the Naperville, IL area is seeking three full-time School Psychologists for a contract through the current school year. These roles involve supporting students from PreK through 8th grade, distributed across multiple school sites.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations for PreK-8 students.
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
- Providing counseling and crisis intervention services.
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student learning and social-emotional development.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives.
Positions break down as follows:
- One School Psychologist dedicated to the middle school.
- Two School Psychologists serving four elementary schools (two sites per psychologist) supporting students in PreK through 5th grade.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid PEL with a School Psychologist endorsement required.
- Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
This is an onsite role requiring 37.5 hours per week, with a contract extending from ASAP through May 2026.
