Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available for the 2025/26 school year at a K-12 public school district in the Phoenix area. This contract role requires on-site work, as virtual and hybrid arrangements are not permitted. The position begins as soon as possible and follows the school calendar through May 21, 2026. The assignment location is in Glendale, AZ, within a well-established district.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students across K-12 to identify learning and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop effective intervention plans.
- Provide counseling and support services to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
- Maintain detailed records and comply with district policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Department of Education certification in School Psychology.
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Experience working with K-12 populations in school psychological services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time (35-37.5 hours per week) on-site.
- Commitment to district policies, including the prohibition of virtual work.
