Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available at a K-12 school in Stratford, CT for the duration of a full semester contract, starting ASAP through the end of the school year.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students K-12
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide recommendations and interventions to support student learning and development
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert guidance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or license
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing, assessment tools, and educational interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
