Job SummaryThe Sensory and Consumer Experience Support Scientist will coordinate sensory operations and support consumer testing logistics across the Americas. This role serves as a crucial partner to category sensory scientists and R&D stakeholders by ensuring test planning, execution, documentation, and communication of results are seamless and efficient. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and plan Sensory Operations harmonization across the Americas, including alignment of methods, lexicons, and best practices
2. Execute Sensory Operations capability projects to drive process improvement
3. Collaborate with Category Sensory Scientists to understand sensory and consumer testing needs
4. Accurately document test goals, objectives, test designs, and procedures
5. Communicate test schedules and material requirements with R&D stakeholders to ensure timely readiness
6. Deliver test results to Category Sensory Scientists, including preliminary recommendations, and support result sharing during project meetings as needed

Required Qualifications

1. High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred
2. 2–4 years of experience in a quality, sensory, or consumer experience role
3. Strong math skills and high attention to detail
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-functional teams
6. Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in sensory science, food science, quality assurance, or consumer insights
2. Background in coordinating product testing or research studies

Technical Skills

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
2. Ability to quickly learn new software programs or sensory testing platforms
