Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available to provide prehensive psychological services for K-12 students in a contract role for the 20252026 school year. This opportunity involves working 37.5 hours per week from August 25, 2025, through June 1, 2026, supporting educational and emotional needs across multiple school locations in the Bluffton and Hilton Head areas near Beaufort, SC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students to identify learning needs and developmental challenges.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
- Provide counseling and support services that promote students' social-emotional well-being.
- Assist in crisis intervention, behavior management, and prevention programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in pliance with educational and legal standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience conducting assessments and working with students across K-12 grade levels.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state special education regulations.
- Effective munication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple caseloads efficiently.
