Compensation:
Starting at $22-24/hour or MORE, based on experience – with potential for increases and full benefits upon hire

Job Summary:
A well-established and respected landscaping company is seeking Chemical and Fertilizer Applicators to join its maintenance division. This is a hands-on role that involves applying herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers to lawns, landscapes, and commercial properties in accordance with Wisconsin regulations. If you have a valid Wisconsin 3.0 Pesticide Applicator License, a clean driver’s license, and a passion for quality outdoor work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and accurately apply fertilizers and chemical treatments to turf, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas

  • Calibrate and operate application equipment (sprayers, spreaders, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate application records as required by state and company standards

  • Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections and maintenance

  • Communicate with clients and supervisors regarding service details and property needs

  • Assist with general landscaping tasks as needed between applications

Requirements:

  • Valid Wisconsin 3.0 Pesticide Applicator License (Turf & Landscape) – REQUIRED

  • Valid and clean driver’s license – REQUIRED

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

  • Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in various outdoor weather conditions

  • Prior experience in landscape maintenance or chemical application preferred but not required

  • Strong attention to safety, compliance, and detail
