Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Adapt and differentiate curriculum to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development to enhance instructional skills.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification.
- Experience working with middle school-aged students.
- Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.

Employment Details:
