Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Research Analyst at SPM, you will be responsible for:
\tExecuting and supporting comprehensive research strategies aligned with organizational goals.
\tLeading key research projects, ensuring accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
\tCoordinating with internal teams to define project objectives and determine appropriate methodologies.
\tConducting both qualitative and quantitative research using tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, and SPSS.
\tAnalyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
\tPreparing clear, detailed research reports and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
\tPresenting findings to cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic discussions.
\tMaintaining research databases with a focus on data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy standards.
\tStaying informed on industry trends, emerging research tools, and best practices.
\tAssisting senior leadership with other research-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Residence within Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin, etc) Bachelors degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
\t2+ years of experience conducting research projects, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
\tSolid knowledge of research methodologies, statistical analysis, and survey platforms.
\tProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced skills preferred).
\tStrong analytical and critical thinking abilities with keen attention to detail.
\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\tProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
\tExperience collaborating across departments and presenting findings to varied audiences.
\tA proactive, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute to team success.
