Job Title: National Alumni Relations
Organization: Sandstone Care - Behavioral Health
Location: Remote with travel
Pay Band: $50,000 - $70,000 annual salary
Position Type: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic National Alumni Manager to join our dynamic team and provide leadership and support to our Alumni community.
Responsibilities:
Alumni Engagement & Community Building
- Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy across all age groups and treatment levels.
- Serve as the main point of contact for alumni and families' post-discharge.
- Plan and execute regular alumni events (virtual and in-person), including support groups, workshops, speaker series, and reunions.
- Cultivate relationships with alumni to encourage ongoing involvement and referrals.
- Create feedback loops to better understand alumni needs, preferences, and outcomes.
Mobile App Management
- Oversee the strategy, content, and functionality of the Sandstone Care Mobile App for alumni.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external developers to maintain and enhance app features such as community forums, event calendars, recovery tools, and resource libraries.
- Monitor user engagement and analytics to inform updates and drive app adoption.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support and app onboarding to alumni users.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with clinical, marketing, and admissions teams to ensure a seamless alumni experience.
- Align alumni programming with the mission, values, and treatment philosophy of Sandstone Care.
- Partner with regional teams to tailor alumni efforts based on local culture and client populations.
Data & Reporting
- Track and report on alumni engagement metrics, app usage, and event participation.
- Utilize data to assess program effectiveness and inform strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in alumni relations, community engagement, event coordination, or behavioral health services.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Experience managing mobile app platforms or digital communities preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating group discussions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, community platforms, and analytics tools is a plus.
- Passion for behavioral health and long-term recovery support.
