Required skills and qualifications:

• Current IL PEL (Professional Educator License) with LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist 1) Endorsement

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific needs and abilities.

• Adapt general education lessons and teach various subjects to students with mild to severe disabilities.

• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success and inclusion.

• Monitor student progress, assess developmental levels, and maintain accurate records and reports.

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that supports emotional and academic growth.
