We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative & Trainer. This individual will play a key role in attracting new business clients and training and mentoring our growing sales team.

As part of the team, you will help empower businesses and their employees through supplemental insurance solutions.

This is a Business to Business sales role, where you will work directly with decision-makers at businesses to develop and implement insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.

As a Sales Representative & Trainer, you will be responsible for driving sales, attracting new business partnerships, and providing ongoing training and mentorship to new team members. This role combines the achievement of personal sales goals with the satisfaction of helping others succeed in their professional journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business clients and promote supplemental insurance products.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    • Achieve sales targets by identifying new opportunities, addressing client needs, and maintaining ethical sales practices.

  • Trainer & Mentor:

    • Provide training and coaching to new sales representatives, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

    • Lead by example to inspire and motivate the team to achieve and exceed their goals.

    • Conduct workshops and individual training sessions to foster team growth and create a positive sales culture.

    • Technologically proficient, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt, particularly in CRM systems and Mac products.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday and weekends as needed

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
