JOB SUMMARY
Delivers in-house and virtual IT training programs to support technology adoption and system rollouts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deliver IT training content
- Conduct classroom and virtual sessions
- Support system rollouts and user adoption
- Collaborate with IT project teams
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of IT training or instructional experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
