A fantastic school district located in Beaufort, SC is seeking a full-time Paraprofessional to join the team. In this role, you will provide essential support and services to students, helping to foster academic achievement and personal growth. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student receives the appropriate care and instruction.t
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher preferred

South Carolina Paraprofessional or Educational Assistant certification (if required by district)

Experience working in school settings or supporting students with diverse learning needs preferred
-
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge of educational methodologies and behavior support strategies relevant to supporting students in school environments
Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct support and services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student academic and social development
-
Assist in implementing behavioral or educational plans as needed

Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
-
Participate in meetings and provide insight into student performance and needs

Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
