Highlights of the Health and Wellness Specialist Position:
- LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse with State specific accreditation or license required
- 3 years+ management experience in assisted living, Alzheimer’s or Memory Loss care.
- Proven success in management and leadership. Needs to be a hands on leader
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
- Step in to struggling community and solves problems.
- Will need to be flexible to travelling across the country.
- Is able to delegate and fix problems
- Complete Med chart audits, audit community for compliance
- Compliance expert
