Job Summary

- Collaborate with lead teachers to assess student progress through observation and evaluation methods.

- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss their child's development and address any concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a preschool, private school, daycare, or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Knowledge of toddler care practices and special education principles is a plus.
- A background in childcare or related fields will be beneficial for this role.
