Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Support classroom management by maintaining a positive learning environment and addressing behavioral issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with lead teachers to assess student progress through observation and evaluation methods.
  • Provide individualized attention to students, including those with special education needs, ensuring all children receive the support they require.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to discuss their child's development and address any concerns.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and training sessions as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a preschool, private school, daycare, or early childhood education setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
  • Knowledge of toddler care practices and special education principles is a plus.
  • A background in childcare or related fields will be beneficial for this role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students are essential.
