Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A position is available for a School Psychologist serving schools within the Lexington, KY area. This role involves supporting student assessment and mental health needs through direct service and collaboration with educational staff. The position requires travel between school sites to provide comprehensive psychological services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret data to assist in student placement and support planning
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed to support student well-being
• Assist in developing and implementing intervention strategies to promote positive educational outcomes
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with legal requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting psychological assessments in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and educational psychology principles
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability and willingness to travel between schools within the service area
