Job DescriptionThe Senior Alumni Program Manager plays a key leadership role within the EOSIS Alumni Program. This position supports all staff engaging in alumni coordination duties across all EOSIS locations, ensuring consistent quality, engagement, and communication within the alumni community. As a hands-on leader, the Senior Alumni Program Manager provides guidance, mentorship, and operational support while also coordinating impactful alumni events and initiatives. ResponsibilitiesThe following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Leadership & Oversight:
- Unify alumni efforts under one brand and streamline communication, outreach, and engagement strategies to build a stronger, more connected EOSIS recovery community
- Support, and mentor staff in alumni coordination roles across all EOSIS sites.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance feedback, and training sessions.
- Ensure consistent implementation of alumni programming, communication, and documentation system wide.
- Assist with onboarding and training staff and site leadership in alumni engagement.
- Guiding site-based resources to ensure that alumni engagement begins on day one of treatment.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Provide mentorship on the development and coordination of alumni events.
- Support site staff with event logistics, budgeting, marketing, and attendance tracking.
- Oversee system-wide or multi-site alumni gatherings, workshops, volunteer opportunities, or community support events.
Program Development & Support:
- Develop standard work expectations for staff supporting alumni activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to grow and strengthen alumni engagement strategies.
- Support the creation of alumni outreach strategies, including newsletters, check-ins, recovery resources, and digital engagement.
- Monitor alumni participation trends and provide recommendations to enhance and grow the program.
- Play a vital role in creating and overseeing the nonprofit fiduciary board associated with alumni fundraising and patient care funds.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff supporting alumni initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with clinical teams, outreach, admissions, and administrative staff.
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting on events, outcomes, and alumni engagement data.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with sales & marketing team.
Work Environment & Travel:
- This is a hybrid position with on-site responsibilities expected. Travel between EOSIS locations, when required, exists to support staff and coordinate events.
- This position is primarily first shift, and second shift/weekend duties are required to support event coordination.

- Have the ability to work independently
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experienced in Alumni Coordination Services
- HS/equivalent GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- 2 Years of Experience in the SUD/Behavioral Health Space
- Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple locations
- Comfortable with public speaking, event coordination, and community building
- Knowledge of recovery principles and commitment to supporting long-term recovery communities.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Ability:
- Knowledge of the Electronic Medical Records, CRMs and other platforms
- Flexibility to meet a variety of changing priorities
- Strong verbal skills and ability to communicate abstract concepts in a simple format.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people from diverse cultures, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds.
- Computer skills
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of sitting, 50% of time
- Frequent Handling of paperwork, binders, writing
- Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate effectively by phone or in person at normal volumes.
- Vision adequate to read correspondence, computer screen, forms, etc.
- Good manual dexterity.
