Sr. Technical Enablement Architect, Partner Enablement - Incident Response (Remote, USA)

Would you like to work with world-class learning professionals to translate your technical expertise into compelling enablement experiences for CrowdStrike? We want to talk to you!

We’re up-leveling our partner readiness programs at a moment of excitement and enormous growth for CrowdStrike. You’ll play a pivotal role in this success by partnering with our senior learning designers to jointly build scaled enablement experiences, training and labs, and facilitate global trainings. Be the technical expert who knows it all!  You’ll also be a trusted advisor connecting our technical teams (Solution Architecture, Solution Engineering, Services and Product) with scaled partner readiness, driving collaborative partnership and enabling field teams on product updates and enablement programs. Your north star will be to use your cybersecurity expertise and deep technical knowledge to accelerate our partners’ skills and give them the tools they need to stop breaches with CrowdStrike.

What You'll Do:

  • Be THE subject matter expert in leveraging the CrowdStrike Falcon Platform to perform reactive services, translating deep knowledge into persona-specific partner learning experiences.

  • Develop services playbooks and accelerator packs to reduce time to market for services partners.

  • Collaborate with and provide subject matter expertise to partner learning professionals with the goal of upskilling CrowdStrike partners through enablement experiences, including live training, on-demand learning, video job aids, assessments, podcast education and train-the-trainer programs. 

  • Work closely with product teams to understand upcoming releases, translating this knowledge into proactive enablement.

  • Deliver live and virtual-live trainings and podcast education as part of new global programs.

  • Perform ongoing knowledge transfer to internal Solution Architecture teams, empowering them to carry a consistent experience out to our partners

  • Partner with cross-functional training and product teams to uplevel existing education for technical personas.

  • Deeply empathize with the challenges our partners face and advocate for new and exciting opportunities to meet their needs through education.

  • Craft strong relationships across stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:

  • You’re an accomplished incident responder, professional services engineer or otherwise subject matter expert who knows how to translate technical concepts into meaningful narrative for diverse audiences. 

  • You have a consultative mindset and experience translating field time into best practices and repeatable playbooks.

  • You’re comfortable driving learning outcomes for highly-technical SaaS products and for technical personas, with experience in one of the following cybersecurity domains and technical skill-sets: 

    • Cloud security

    • SIEM or data analytics

    • Identity security

    • Threat intelligence

    • Data loss prevention

    • Incident response

    • Security architecture/engineering

  • You have a strong understanding of SaaS product development processes.

  • You have experience working with partners.

  • You have experience or demonstrated interest in working with cross-functional teams to translate product updates and technical platform expertise into competency-based learning experiences and programs.

  • You are skilled in delivering both live and virtual-live trainings as part of global training programs.

  • You’re hungry to learn and are naturally curious about the inner workings of cybersecurity solutions.

  • You’re confident, and can easily build relationships with product management stakeholders and program managers.

  • You’re comfortable with experimentation, iteration and a fast-paced environment.

  • You prioritize self-awareness, feedback and growth.

  • You enjoy thinking about how to better organize processes and projects, and leading the way.

  • You’re comfortable handling and maintaining sensitive information and intellectual property.

Note: 

  • Occasional domestic and international travel required.
