Epic Personnel Partners is hiring Electronic Repair Technicians to perform advanced electronic component-level repairs for a technology refurbishment facility in Bloomfield, CT.
Pay: $17.00–$22.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30AM–5:00PM
Duties: Diagnose, repair, and test electronic boards and components using soldering and diagnostic tools.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot circuit boards and repair at the component level
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and datasheets
- Perform soldering on both through-hole and surface mount component
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment
- Test and validate repairs according to engineering specs
- Track and document work performed in repair management systems
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to improve processes
Requirements:
- Education in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience in component-level troubleshooting and repair
- Proficient in soldering (through-hole and SMT)
- Familiarity with electronic testing tools and diagnostic techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of ESD and workplace safety procedures
