Business Manager

Sunbeam Television/WSVN-TV is looking for a Business Manager to manage & supervise the Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting & Facilities departments. Position is responsible for reviewing all contracts entered by various departments and is responsible for Nabet union negotiation. Position also oversees budget preparations, all major purchases, personnel issues, and deals with property tenant relations, leases and property management issues. This position requires someone with strong negotiation, communication skills, and the ability to work well with all departments. Individuals must be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture. Minimum qualifications include a 4-year degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 7-10 years broadcast experience preferred. This candidate will work 100% in the office.
