Associate Director - Scrum Master

Associate Director - Scrum Master (New York, New York): Collaborate on the next-generation data ingestion platform, specifically focused on the automation and modernization of overall content sourcing, extraction, storing, and delivery. Guide, coach, and motivate the team with the goal of increasing Agile fluency and adoption. Provide management oversight and/or mentorship to other Scrum Masters. Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies. Oversee and manage IT project scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. Work with collaboration; stakeholder management; Agile coaching; analytical analysis; conflict resolution; work prioritization; managing Agile development processes; and, delivering quality priorities based on stakeholder requirements. Req. Bachelor's degree + 5 years exp. Salary range: $155,542.00-$200,500.00 per year.
