Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Satellite Gateway Technician with a strong background in satellite systems or Nokia core network technologies. This role involves hands-on field support, equipment integration, and troubleshooting across multiple gateways. The ideal candidate has both technical depth and field operations experience, with proficiency in diagnostic tools such as spectrum analyzers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage inventory of satellite gateway equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair gateway components (antennas, frequency converters, RF equipment, etc.).

• Perform integration and testing to ensure optimal system performance.

• Use spectrum analyzers and other test instruments for diagnostics.

• Provide remote technical support to multiple gateway sites.

• Travel to gateway locations as needed for on-site support.

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

• Proven field experience in satellite systems or Nokia core technology.

• Hands-on expertise with satellite gateway components and test instruments (spectrum analyzers required).

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.

• Experience in integration and testing of satellite systems preferred.

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills for managing equipment and site logistics.
