Core Responsibilities:

<li>Lead in developing detailed local media advertising forecast models that accurately represent spending across media channels like television, digital, radio, direct mail, out-of-home, and by business sector, using BIA’s foundational forecasting procedures</li>
<li>Able to build quantitative forecast models and work with large datasets&nbsp;</li>
<li>Evaluate historical spending patterns, market conditions, and economic indicators to generate precise predictions and forecast trends in industry-wide advertising expenditures.</li>
<li>Manage the development of detailed quarterly and annual forecast reports that provide actionable insights.</li>
<li>Prepare strategic business insights and analysis to present to BIA clients and C-suite executives&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in industry conferences and communicate with the press to reference and share BIA data and insights.</li>
</ul>
Technical Oversight:
<ul>
<li>Identify new data sources and methodologies to enhance BIA’s forecasting frameworks continuously&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy and reliability of all forecasting outputs</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field</li>
<li>5+ years of Experience in broadcast and/or digital media&nbsp;(note: this is not a public communications or PR position)</li>
<li>Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling tools and manipulating large data sets</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:

Senior Director, Local Media Forecasting

Help bring the Boston 25 News Brand to life through compelling writing and strategic conceptualization. The ideal candidate will have the passion to produce dynamic creative, have solid news judgment and is digital savvy. They must have excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and marketing on all social media platforms. The Promotions Manager reports to the Director of Creative Services. They are responsible for the marketing of the Boston 25 Brand, news product, and work with Studio 25 Production Manager on sales related content.
<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Supervise the day-to-day production of news promotion, supervising a team of producer/editors</li>
<li>Attend news meetings, meets with producers to determine stories to promote, proofreads scripts and places spots on various platforms</li>
<li>Plan advertising and promotional campaigns on tv, internet and social and OTT</li>
<li>Work with Creative Services Director on marketing plans and selection of which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, online, print and billboards</li>

Function Summary:&nbsp; The Producer role requires a blend of creative, technical, and administrative skills. The producer is responsible for the entire production process of live and pre-recorded radio programs, working closely with the show host and programming staff.
Responsibilities:
